Terms of Service

Last updated: [effective date]

JewelForge (“JewelForge”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by [legal entity name], [registered address]. You can reach us at [support email]. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of JewelForge — the AI jewellery CAD studio that turns text prompts and images into 3D models (the “Service”). Please read them carefully. They are written in plain English on purpose, but they are a binding agreement.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business, and “you” means that business.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you are, and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [support email] if you suspect unauthorised access. One person or business per account; do not share or transfer accounts without our written consent.

4. The Service — and what our numbers mean

JewelForge generates 3D geometry from your prompts and images using third-party AI service providers, and computes print-readiness figures such as dimensions, volume and estimated casting weight.

These figures are engineering estimates derived from the model geometry and the metal density you select. Actual cast results depend on your sprues, finishing, shrinkage, alloy and process. You are responsible for verifying all dimensions, weights and geometry before casting or otherwise committing material. AI-generated geometry can contain errors or artefacts; review every model before production use.

5. Your content and ownership

You own your Input. The prompts, images and reference material you submit (“Input”) remain yours. You are responsible for having the rights to any Input you upload and for ensuring your Input and its use do not infringe anyone else’s rights, including protected brand designs and trademarks.

You own your Output. As between you and us, you own the 3D models, images and files the Service generates for you (“Output”), to the extent permitted by applicable law. You may use your Output commercially.

Our limited licence. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, reproduce and display your Input and Output solely to operate, secure and improve the Service for you — for example, to run generations, store your files, and show them in your private workspace. This licence ends when the content is deleted from our systems, subject to short technical backup windows. We do not use your designs to train AI models, and we do not make your designs public.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for anything unlawful, or to create content that infringes intellectual property or other rights of any person;
  • upload Input you are not authorised to use, including protected brand designs and trademarks;
  • probe, overload, disrupt, reverse-engineer or scrape the Service, or bypass its access controls or rate limits;
  • resell, sublicense or provide access to the Service to third parties without our written consent;
  • misrepresent Output as certified engineering data without independent verification.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section.

7. Plans, credits, payments and refunds

Early access. The Service is currently in free early access. Features, limits and credit allowances during early access may change, and access may be adjusted or withdrawn as we develop the product.

Paid plans at launch. When paid plans go live, we will give you notice before any charge applies. Nothing you did during free early access creates a payment obligation.

Pricing and GST. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of GST at the applicable rate (currently 18%). Prices, plan limits and credit costs are shown at the point of purchase and may change with notice; changes do not affect credits already purchased.

Credits. Generations consume credits as shown in the Service. Credits are tied to your account, are non-transferable, and have no cash value outside the Service.

Failed generations. If a generation fails for technical reasons on our side, the credits it consumed are automatically refunded to your account balance.

Refunds. Except for the automatic credit refunds above and any rights you have under applicable law, purchases of plans and credit packs are non-refundable once credits are delivered to your account. Specific refund terms, if any, are stated at checkout.

Payments. Payments are handled by a licensed third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store your card or bank details.

8. Availability and changes to the Service

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change or remove features, and we may suspend the Service for maintenance or security reasons. We rely on third-party providers, including third-party AI service providers, and cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Where practical, we will give notice of material changes that reduce the Service’s core functionality.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for how). We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, use the Service unlawfully, or create risk for other users or for us; where reasonable, we will notify you and give you a chance to cure. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and unused credits lapse, except where the law requires otherwise. Sections that by their nature should survive — ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law — survive termination.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Without limiting Section 4: we do not warrant that any Output, dimension, volume or weight estimate is accurate or suitable for manufacturing, and you rely on them at your own risk until independently verified.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or losses arising from your reliance on generated geometry or print-readiness figures; and (b) our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. If you have paid us nothing (for example, during free early access), our aggregate liability is limited to INR 1,000. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from your Input, your use of Output in violation of these Terms or applicable law, or your breach of these Terms — except to the extent caused by our own breach or negligence.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory law to the contrary, the courts at [governing city], India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will give notice through the Service or by email before they take effect. If you continue using the Service after the effective date of the change, the updated Terms apply. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and request account deletion.
